19:30 - 20:30: Tour of the Rethymno diet before and after the arrival of the refugees from Asia Minor. The tour of the dietary world of the natives and refugees of Rethymno in the 1920s includes twenty tour stops at grocery stores, colonial food shops, casapias, fishmongers, bakeries, bakeries, dairies, grocery stores, pastry shops, ouzerias and cafes, street food trade and soup kitchens.
