19:00 - 23:00: Local Products Exhibition

19:00-20:30: "Fairy tales at the edge of memory". Fairy tales mean comfort. Animals, birds, trees and even inanimate objects take on mythical dimensions, speak and tell stories of otherworldly times. Tales from the folklore of Asia Minor as told by someone, somewhere, once ..., accompanied by oud and cannon.

The tales will be heard: The Golden Bird, The Eagle Girl, The Little Lion, Absalom, The Hunter's Son, Dilly Dilly. Narration: Amanda Gerarchaki, Uti: Kyriakos Eleftheriadis, Cannonball: Fanis Kousiounelos. Followed by a workshop.

19:30 - 20:30: The influence of Asia Minor cuisine on the Cretan Diet. The movements of people are accompanied by precious boxes of memory. However, when they are violent, such as the uprooting of refugees from their homes, memory, and especially gastronomic memory, becomes the plank on which people anchor themselves to float in unknown waters. Through the routes of refugees and the roots they spread in other places, including Crete, and of course through their own memories, local cuisines were enriched, even if they themselves were not always easily accepted. Presented by Marianna Kavroulaki, Experimental Archaeologist, Researcher of the History of Food

20:30-21:30: "Sunday lunches". A family from Asia Minor in 1917 prepares for their Sunday dinner. What are the predominant flavors? What do they cook? How do they cook it? What do they wear? How do they decorate their table? What does each thing that is placed on it symbolize? Asia Minor recipes and more that transport us to another time.

21:30: Concert with Giorgis Manolakis and the Nefalos Project. George Manolakis with Nikos Sidirokastritis on drums and Andreas Polyzogopoulos on trumpet, is a unique musical collaboration based on his own compositions. With the music of Crete and the sound of the lute as their central axis, they improvise, creating a unique and innovative sound. Giorgis Manolakis and the Nefalos Project have already participated in many concerts in Crete, in Greece and abroad, such as in Izmir at the Word Music Festival of Asia in Shanghai and elsewhere.
